The mountaintop treehouses are the second edition to our treehouse collection.

These 14m2 luxurious treehouses boast a hand carved bespoke wooden bathtub and a bed that lowers from the ceiling. The towering floor windows gives you breathtaking views of the forest canopy overlooking the majestic Hardanger fjord.

The exterior resembling a pinecone is fashioned with 18,000 pieces of wood shingles, allowing the treehouse to be enveloped into its natural surroundings.

Using the same groundbreaking engineering, the tree is encased with a metal collar which allows the tree to live & breathe freely inside.

Please note that reaching any of our treehouses involves a journey through the forest. We consider this hike to be an integral part of the experience. Be prepared for a moderately challenging ascent, featuring a mix of rocky terrain, stairs, and forest floor. We recommend allowing 30-45 minutes for the hike. During the winter season, the hike necessitates the use of provided snowshoes for added convenience.
